“Never visited The Sandwich Factory before…shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci's Tour of Italy. Granted…it’s a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker…the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don’t skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I’ve had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips! No pics of the chips...but the cheese sauce is for them. Great food and friendly service…may have been my first visit…but not my last!“

“The Rutherford County TN Historical Society visited Firehouse Subs today as part of our Firehouse day field trip. We had a wonderful time. Stephanie, the manager, donned us all with our own firemen hats and we had our photo taken in front of the mural. The sandwiches were very good and the community support was even better!“

“I always place special and sometimes big orders here bc I’ve always loved the food so much. I’ve worked there twice and managed once while in college.I’ll say, this is the second time that Tina has gotten my order wrong (unlike other employees) and has a (we’ll say- table side manner that’s less desirable) but Miranda fixed Tina’s mess up quite nice with a much desirable attitude. “Shocked!!!! I was going to go elsewhere this year, ( as I always ordered here but the last two years the experience was aweful and i promised myself not to return.) But I was told the staff is better so I braved up. I went in the store to order my smoked turkey knowing I would leave due to lack of staff caring and all the goofing around they had dine in the past. I was so very pleasantly surprised!!!! The team was so friendly, helpful and even gave great pickup advice. They treated me like they cared and gave me confidence my order would be available as promised. I noticed they were busy with customers but each one mattered. I noticed their like attire which was so nice. I believe my order pick-up will be a positive experience because of this experience. I actually got in my car feeling like a weight was lifted off me!“
