however, Travis and the other gentleman working night shift on 10/6/25 rock and i wanted to emphasize it.
the atmosphere in here was PEACEFUL, both of them went above and beyond their roles.
Travis who took care of us is the kind of person you meet and wonder why everyone cant be more like him.. for real. a gem in this place, not only for making a killer 56, but because hes got a genuine personality and purpose in life 💯

“Never visited The Sandwich Factory before…shame on me. A friend and I went out to lunch and he suggested them. He ordered the Factory Club (looked delicious) and I decided on the Romanucci's Tour of Italy. Granted…it’s a sandwich but these folks really serve up a good looking sub. The meats had flavor and the Capicola a nice bit of a kick. The veggies were all fresh and the kicker…the sub was toasted!!! The addition of their homemade sweet basil pesto (don’t skip on this) it one of the best sauces on an Italian sub I’ve had, you might want a bit on the side for dipping. They offer different sides with the sandwiches, go for the homemade potato chips! No pics of the chips...but the cheese sauce is for them. Great food and friendly service…may have been my first visit…but not my last!“

“The Rutherford County TN Historical Society visited Firehouse Subs today as part of our Firehouse day field trip. We had a wonderful time. Stephanie, the manager, donned us all with our own firemen hats and we had our photo taken in front of the mural. The sandwiches were very good and the community support was even better!“

“I stopped by to grab subway right at closing time. If you know me, you know I don’t like to do that to people because I know how it feels. I didn’t catch the employees name but let’s just say his smile was contagious! To be 🤏close to closing and someone show up to slow me down would’ve driven me bonkers! But his attitude was nothing short of positive. He, genuinely, smiled the entire time while making my my sandwich and another customers.
Now this is not your green light to go and grab a sandwich during closing time. I had just finished a gig and wanted to grab something on the way in. But I just wanted to come here with a positive review and say job well done and I appreciate you for remaining joyful. Even at closing time! 🗣️Boss raises and bonuses are due. “I went to this location tonight 12/4/2025 for the first time in like a year because I saw the sign that's says Under new Management. I met the new owner and he was super nice even though I went in like 15 mins before they close. The place even the bathroom was super clean And the food was still really good nothing looked like it had been out all day and it was fresh like its suppose to be. If you haven't been back to this location because of the bad service you use to get. Now is the time to give them a chance with the new owner.“

“The employees here are great. We'll staffed with fresh bread. The 'artists' make sandwiches following the guidelines but aren't mechanical which demonstrates their willingness to provide a good sandwich. Friendly, clean and worthy of my repeat business.

Parking on the other hand kinda stinks. With construction adjacent to them it makes parking at lunch a bit of a challenge but hopefully that is short-lived.“

“This is arguably the best subway sandwich I've had ever. Taegan and the long blonde hair dude(sorry i forgot your name) working the counter are awesome. I ordered online and called in requesting extra toasted. These guys remember my name everytime I order now and called me to make sure I wanted them double toasted again( I did). Heavy attention to detail and excellent customer service. These guys deserve a raise!“

“My husband wanted me to relax and “hit the easy button” this year for Thanksgiving. So we bought the usual Ham and Smoked Turkey- but this year he wanted to add a few of the sides to our menu so we could try them.

The meat went over well with everyone, but the sides left a little to be desired. I understand it’s hard to have great flavor when you’re mass producing things- but the sides for Thanksgiving is one area you have to get right. And these fell short in our experience and opinion.

Also- my husband noticed that some of the sides were either at or close to the expiration date. That’s concerning because it makes me wonder: how old were the items that we picked up?

We’ll continue getting HBH ham and smoked turkey- but I don’t think we will be replacing our homemade sides with HBH sides next year. Nothing beats homemade sides, and that includes Sweet Potato casserole and Greens cooked to perfection.“
