The cheese on the BEC was so melted that it basically was liquid. The chicken biscuit was so dry it wasn’t even edible. The only good thing was my kids chicken nuggets.
Never is my life did I think I would be giving a Chick Fil A a bad review, until now. This is NOT the typical experience that you would expect from a Chick Fil A, and it makes me wonder why corporate itself does not intervene here and do better training. The food I received was lukewarm, the wrong sandwich (which I found out after getting back to my car in the parking garage), and did not taste fresh. Got my food fast it was super good only minor issue is no Mac n cheese but it’s understandable
