Best quesadilla ever
Cute atmosphere, sweet and attentive staff with great food to savor fresh flavor. Got a bowl and couldn’t seem to finish it. It was a lot of food. Brisket and sweet potato with rice, beans and pico for me. Loved the salsa bar with pickled veggies and relish. Wish the margaritas was stronger 😉

Edley's Tacos offers a simple menu that allows for complete customization of tacos, salad, or a bowl, including protein of your choice and toppings. A salsa bar has about 15 additional toppings, plus pickled veggies and relish. The atmosphere is cute and cool, and the staff is sweet and attentive. The steak and brisket taco are awesome, and the sweet potato taco is the best you've ever tasted. The corn as a side dish is amazing, and so are the brussels sprouts. A bowl with brisket and sweet potato, rice, beans and pico is a lot of food. The margaritas are awesome, though some wish they was stronger. However, the tacos are small and very over priced, and the meats taste bland. A 20% tip is added automatically, with no service. A bowl is pretty small with little protein for $13. Four tacos, queso, two drinks and tip cost 86 dollars.
