Based on the reviews, ELEVEN11 offers a dual experience: a moody, low key bar with craft cocktails and a tiny, intimate speakeasy restaurant. The restaurant has only eleven to twelve seats, creating a personal and curated dining experience. Guests sit at a counter facing the open kitchen, watching the chefs work with meticulous care and creativity. The food is described as absolutely fabulous, with dishes like oyster, shrimp toast, tomato rice, garlic noodles, whole fish, and ginger tofu ice cream. Specific meals mentioned include Pearl Oysters, Acadian redfish smoked over an open air Japanese smoker, and a 75 day aged Bear Creek Farm ribeye cooked medium rare. The shrimp toast and steak are highly recommended, with one guest suggesting to do the salad with the steak. The cocktail, mocktail, wine, and spirits menu is thoughtfully designed to complement the food. The service from Chef Son, Michelle, and Alexis is top notch and hospitable. The space is beautiful with good music, including DJs on weekends. This is considered one of the best tiny-upscale-dining experiences in Nashville, perfect for couples looking for good conversation. The price point is not the focus, but the experience is absolutely worth it.
