About Ellington's Restaurant

Ellington's Restaurant provides a cozy and relaxed atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. Recently, it has gained attention for its brunch service, becoming one of the best brunch spots in Nashville. The menu features a variety of entrees, including the renowned Filet steak, which customers have described as the best they've ever had. Guests can enjoy a Brunch Feast that includes buttery housemade biscuits, smoked salmon, hot chicken sliders, and a perfectly cooked steak with chimichurri. The scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes are top-tier comfort food, and the French toast is fluffy and rich without being overly sweet.

The restaurant also serves excellent cocktails and offers generous portion sizes at reasonable prices. One standout item is the smoked tomato jam, which has been noted as a wildly addictive spread. The staff is attentive and personable, with friendly service that includes accommodating waiters and excellent drink recommendations. Chef Samual Greer’s thoughtful and flavorful menu showcases real culinary talent.

Ellington's is a good choice for special occasions like birthdays, with attentive service that can include refrigerating cakes without any rush. While the service is generally friendly and the food enjoyable, some recent visits have mentioned that certain meals, like salmon and hamburger, did not meet expectations. Overall, Ellington's is a hidden gem that combines high-quality food with a cozy setting, making it a popular spot for celebrating or casual dinners, nestled just steps from Printer’s Alley with stunning skyline views.

It’s definitely a nice place for a fancy night out but their prices are a bit high

Loved it all!! The brunch was great and yummy and a lot for one person. Cary was a delight as was Cal. Thank you Ellington!!!

The food was decent, though a bit pricey. The waiter was friendly and accommodating, which was a plus. I really loved the restaurant's ambiance, and I'd definitely go back.
