Filets are cooked to perfection, and other dishes like scallops and prime rib are also delicious. The service is prompt and attentive, with a personal touch. The restaurant also offers unique touches like live music and a variety of sides, including ratatouille. The prime rib and filet mignon are excellent, cooked medium rare perfectly. The Brussels sprouts are also excellent. The owner is personable. Gannons Nashville is a great four-star establishment. The prime rib was absolutely amazing and delicious, cooked perfect. The bread pudding was probably some of the best ever had and the cream brûlée was amazing. Service was wonderful and the food was some of the best had. The owner went above and beyond giving a personal tour. Highly recommend the steaks.
