Manager David is very rude. I will not be going to the West End Ave location.
On 8/24/2022 I took my family to J. Alexanders for dinner, I'm here visiting my daughter and grand children from New York. What happened this place in Boca is amazing, GA terrible, I see by the the reviews restaurant went down in food, presentation and quality!!!Location, Noreros GA, Check #2339, 4:16 pm
Service was slow and food came about 40 mins after ticket was out in. When we finally received our food it was wrong.. the assistant manager Felicia was careless and unapologetic, surely they can find better management.The bartender was awesome though and very understanding. I would come back again just for her
