Worst experience I’ve ever had with any food delivery. It took an hour and a half to get my sandwich. When I called after an hour for an update the employee was incredibly rude and told me it would be another 15 min and hung up. Then, when the delivery driver got to my door, he reeked of cigarette smoke, and even my bag of food smelled of cigarettes after he left. Horrible experience.
It's alright but like most JJ's the subs are thrown together so haphazardly they it's all falling out of the side, the cheese is all folded over, cucumbers barely in the bread at all. I usually end up remaking it myself since they just slamming everything in there. "Freaky fast" doesn't mean doing a good job. Jersey Mike's always on point. This location is just terrible as I’ve been in a number of times but won’t ever again. Just had my last experience there now where the kid working the register seriously had a demeanor about him like he was trying to intimidate me or something…? I think he was really mad that he couldn’t keep texting to help serve me, because without saying a word to me he just instantly started texting again after he gave me the change back.
