This cafe provided for visitors to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage is located off the main building where people buy tickets and see the museum of artifacts and history timeline, though anyone can eat here without doing a tour. Constructed of glass, this casual space is open and airy with outdoor views.

We came here with full understanding that this is part of The Hermitage and traditionally cafes/restaurants at museums tend not to be too exciting. We were correct. We spent much of the day walking around The Hermitage on a beautiful day and got hungry. We went here with hopes of getting something reasonable to eat, success. Yeah, they're expensive. But you're out in the middle of NOWHERE! Yeah, the menu isn't massive. But it's bigger than what I've seen at a lot of other tourist attractions. And the food was good. I got the Pimento Cheese sandwich (on toasted bread), and it was pretty good. Hubby ordered a Hot Dog, that came with a little cup of slaw on the side, which he dumped on the dog.
