I have been working in downtown Nashville for 3 years and have never heard of La Playa before. I ordered the bigger shrimp burrito with everything in it and it was quite delicious! The shrimps were fresh and the peppers and onions were really good as well! My coworkers and I ate in the upstairs part of the restaurant and it was a good experience. The waitress that served us was respectful and very accommodating. I recommend trying this place out!
As a native Nashvillian, I have been coming here for a few years. I didn't come to this restaurant often because of the business hours, but if I'm downtown when they're open it's my go-to restaurant! The food is always yummy, and the staff are very friendly.

After an eleven hour drive from home (Oklahoma) to Nashville we were tired and hungry. We checked into the Hayes Street Hotel next door to the Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant and then went to seek some familiar chow. The place was bustling to say the least.
