I like this location due to ,the lady who rung me up . She welcome me so different and respectful to kindness.She had great customer service and she actually carried a smile the whole time. Just sweet and friendly. You can tell when a person loves their job and go the extra mile . Thank you Shari !
Placed an online order for delivery. Food arrived on time and tasted great! Soup was hot and so was my cuban sandwich (wasn't expecting that)! Order was 100% accurate! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Hermitage Panera staff!

Satisfied with our order! I put in complicated modifications for my salad and they were all correct. Bread was baked well, baguette was soft. Service was great, manager on staff bussed our table and was attentive! We will be returning.
