“Tracey at Smoothie King truly made my experience stand out. She was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I walked in, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu, helped guide my order with confidence, and made sure everything was exactly right.
What I appreciated most was her hospitality and patience — she didn’t rush me and made the whole interaction feel easy and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely warm, but Tracey is exactly that.

“Today I had the best experience ever, ordered my smoothie at Rosa Parks location at 2:14pm pulled up at 2:21 not expecting it to be ready for another 8-10 minutes, guess what it was ready thanks to the Awesome Amelia. I usually get the Daily warrior that’s my go to, but some of the others do not make it right, I've grown frustrated with ordering this at other locations that I just gave up but Rosa Parks Locations gave me hope. It was also a Manager there that came out the back she was so sweet as Amelia very helpful. You all have made my day thank you ladies. I’ve drank it for so long I can look at it and tell if it’s right. Amelia made my drink just right I took one sip and it was amazing as she was I will be going to this one from now on.
