I love Starbucks! The staff is friendly and the coffee is great. I go almost every day!
Although Starbucks is a major chain, the different crews at this location in Donelson make you feel like you're at a small town coffee shop. They're kind, efficient, and welcoming. Best one I've ever been to by far.
whoever made my vanilla sweet cream cold brew on 6/11/26 around 7:48am for a mobile order - thank you thank you thank you 💕always love coming to this location on my break. staff is always polite. if you don’t like how your coffee was made, just politely ask to fix or redo. don’t give them a hard time.
