Based on the reviews, this Starbucks is a pickup location, meaning it is primarily for mobile order pick-up. The staff are very nice, friendly, and accommodating, providing kind service even when the app is not working or when customers are confused. The store is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. However, the service can be inconsistent; while drinks like the vanilla nitro cold brew are made quickly and taste great, getting a straight brewed coffee can sometimes take longer than an elaborate concoction, leading to disappointment. The parking situation can be confusing, but there is 30 minutes free inside the lot through the drive in and out method with metropolis. A board shows the progress of orders with names.
