Really cool menu with some interesting takes on traditional things for example, the tuna sandwich made instead with raw tuna and a delicious crunchy cracker. It was amazing. My personal favourite is the dessert - wow. You have to try it to understand. Service was fantastic and the owner/chef Trevor warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
Locust was a lovely gastronomical experience . The choice of beverages , the presentation of each course and the multiple flavours layered in each bite was all incredible. The culinary skill of the chef is to be commended . I will definitely come back and I highly recommend Locust to anyone who wants an unforgettable night out.
Possibly one of the most unique and amazing eating experiences I've had. While the food may read like something thats hard to imagine eating, it is hard to explain how good the food tastes.
