“Got what you come to expect from a subway. The usual aesthetic, clean, average amount of seating. Staff was kind and helpful. I also never experienced a long line here so you're able to get your food very promptly.

Parking: Shares parking lot with a few other stores that it is connected to but I've never seen it so busy that parking was any sort of issue.“

“My dear friend, do not trust these bad reviews as they will lead you astray from a magnificent subway experience. Going to this subway felt like loving for the first time. I get butterflies and break out a cold sweat. Oh how I love this subway location. The crew here runs a tight ship, better than the pilgrims even. They are friendly charming and they smell like a field of roses on a warm summer night as you watch shooting stars. Portion sizing is much better than the inferior Nashville subway location. Store is cleaner than a semiconductor assembly room. Come see my boi Roy, he’ll get you right. My mans even gave me a free cookie, and I did a triumphant jig. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL SUBWAY FR.

“Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

“Having worked at Subway I completely understand your line might get cluttered, You're putting toppings on so fast there's no time to brush off the excess before someone snaps a picture. The management I was under before I became one would fire people at the drop of a hat if they couldn't make a sandwich in 45 seconds... Yes there was a stopwatch. Subway has a high turnover rate for these reasons. So next time lady that's scowling 3 people behind me and harassing the person making MY sandwiches. Wait your turn because your complaints don't even phase Subway workers... They're used to it regardless!“

“I been going to this location for years and let me tell you, the subs are made with love here, ain’t no other subway be hitting this hard. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they treat you like family. I would highly recommend this place and it is a great place to bulk up on calories or cut.“

“I ordered at this location by accident but very happy I did. Couldn’t customize my sandwiches as much as I’d like to ordering online but got very friendly service. He walked my sandwiches out to my car that was really nice of him and my sandwiches are good and fresh and delicious. I will be back!“

“I come here often and they are always friendly and helpful. They’ve been through a remodel and have for months appeared to be finished with it. Unfortunately the bathroom has been blocked off throughout the remodel and to this day remains out of order. This needs to be fixed. I’m not sure if it’s to keep the homeless population out or what but, you’re not supposed to operate a restaurant without one. Other than that, it’s a great little subway.“

“The best part about this particular Subway location is the customer service and the quality of the sandwiches. A special shout out to the young Sandwich Artist Ryan, who's careful attention to detail in preparing my Cold Cut Combo was only outdone by his amazing personality and very welcoming demeanor. You definitely got the feeling he was happy to be there and quite frankly, you just don't see that anymore, especially in the food and service industry. I will definitely make it a point to go out of my way to drive to this particular location for my sandwiches in the future. “While this Subway can be hit or miss as far as customer service, they do make great subs. Unfortunately, when I went there yesterday, I noticed that they had raised the prices on everything and they are evidently having issues with receiving certain ingredients. I have a feeling they are dealing with some of the financial ramifications of certain things going on in the world right now. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway for good food. The only reason they lost one star was because of the customer service at the time.“

“the bathroom is so green much. when i walked into the bathroom the lights didn’t come on and i got scared but then they came on. i didn’t get food here but my coworker did 👍🏼 he says it’s good. 👍🏼 my other coomwirker ate a prosciutto whipped feta and honey sandwich (not from subway) and there was too much honey and too sticky (not subways fault) i had a clementine and ravioli 👍🏼👍🏼 (not from subway)

“Located inside the Love's Travel Stop. Quick service, great taste. A nice truck stop. Cheap fuel price in the area. Very nice and friendly staff. Clean washroom and shower. Showers doesn't have hooks for clothes and table keeping the bag. Limited parking space for trucks and fills up very early. Subway is also in the Love's Travel Stop. The stop has a tire care center. CAT Scales is also available.“

“So it’s snowmagedden outside and of course no where is open. I’m out wandering around in the snow with my boyfriend when a craving for sweets hits and I can NOT let it go. I said maybe the gas station is open. Nope. No where. We are just walking around and then I see it. Subways open sign. No way. We march over covered in snow, walk in and are greeted with such a friendly face. My boyfriend says do you have cookies? The guy at the counter said Cookies? Of Course!! That man truly saved my day. Open when no one else was and protected the city of Nashville from the beast that is me without those sweet sweet cookies. Thanks Subway. Always there when you’re needed most.“

“On May 27 th :2022 I went here got a Footling Turkey sub the gentleman who made my sandwich was great at his job and put alot of meat on my sub. Place was very clean and had alot of customers come in during lunch time rush got them in and out fast.A panhandler was out on sidewalk asking people for money seen him put some in his pocket and some in billfold a guy gave him had a oxygen tank with him heads up to those who are nervous with the public.Alot better than the Subway at Loves Truck Stop on Trinity lane young lady repeats bread over and over and doesn't hear what you tell her on meat or anything and very very slow.Not clean either.“

“Charlie was super helpful and made two trays of sandwiches for my office with no notice (walk in). Very polite and attentive, even marked the one veggie sandwich I needed with a sticker on the tray top. Ingredients looked fresh and the store was very clean.“

“Used a mail coupon online after I saw a review saying dont try using it in store. They made it quick and I think it’s a dude and his wife who own it and they r keepin that place straight! “Exceptional quality and service. I used to eat here every day when I worked at the office down the street. The guy manager there was always nice and delivered excellent service no matter how long the line was or how many people were in the store. After a short time he had my order memorized and knew to make it whenever I came in. I still visit this Subway when I’m in the area.“

“Manager takes care of you - we had a few issues, and he made sure we were happy before we left. For me, that's how you get 5 stars. Every restaurant has times when it's missing ingredients or beverages, but so many times I feel like managers couldn't care less. This guy took great care of us, and we'll definitely be back.“

“Recently changed managers - this place has improved A LOT! I have severe alpha-gal allergies (anaphylaxis), and the lady here always makes sure there is no cross-contamination with the turkey. I am so incredibly thankful for this location and her taking my allergy seriously“

“I've visited this location several times. It's always clean, they're fast, and sandwiches are always good. They have some parking for customers, which is a plus downtown. They are adjacent to a gas station that also has a pay lot, so you can find somewhere to park if you drive to this location. Also can order from them using delivery services.“

“Normally the service here absolutely sucks and everyone else that has been to this Subway that I have talked to agrees. However, my experience today was great because the store manager, Aziz, was there. He demonstrated great customer service by being prompt, great with communication and actually acting like he wanted my business, completely unlike the other employees that work there. After getting my sandwich, I actually left the store impressed by his example. I suppose he was there to try and improve the stores service. He definitely was a great model for his peers to follow! If I had a store, I would want this man managing it! If you ever come across Aziz, I'm certain you'll leave a smile on your face.“

“Only subway for miles that uses real mayo and not the gross light stuff which makes the Tuna perfect. Always clean and full of good stuff, love the owner. He get people to work for him for years sometimes so you know they run a good place for a subway.“
