Normally the service here absolutely sucks and everyone else that has been to this Subway that I have talked to agrees. However, my experience today was great because the store manager, Aziz, was there. He demonstrated great customer service by being prompt, great with communication and actually acting like he wanted my business, completely unlike the other employees that work there. Consistently rude, both ladies on the phone entire time while attempting to take care of customers. I visit almost daily and its the same every day. The toasters both have been broken for two weeks except one day a new professional kind gentleman was able to toast sandwich. Since that day still are broken and have not seen him again. Friday lunch, I ordered a new sandwich and the lady preparing it rudely just says “no, we can’t customize that one.” And proceeds to put stuff on it that I didn’t want. Why would I go to Subway except to pick what I want on my sandwich? Huge FAIL, and the lady was a jerk about it… oh, and the sandwich was lousy too.
