Consistently rude, both ladies on the phone entire time while attempting to take care of customers. I visit almost daily and its the same every day. The toasters both have been broken for two weeks except one day a new professional kind gentleman was able to toast sandwich. Since that day still are broken and have not seen him again. Was great when it first opened but now the crew shows up at 11:30 with no bread cooked no products stocked and it'll take you 30 minutes to get a sandwich made if at all. This has happened to me three times. I do not plan to come back.
