Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was seemingly greeted by an AI chatbot (which has been rolling out at select Taco Bell locations). After it failed to understand what we wanted, a human took over to address our mobile pick-up order.
I ordered three bean burritos with easy Red Sauce and no onions. For two of the three burritos, I opted for black beans. Unfortunately, these two burritos contained onions despite the order receipt stating otherwise.

Dry chicken.skin dry.meat dry... overall product...dry. Couldn't take a pic of the fries cuz I had to toss em once I took a bite....wet, soggy, and more seasoning that fry(maybe that's something u like). The tacos were the only saving grace (which Is why there's no pic(i ate all of em) thank god.)
No people working the counter to take an order. Left & got lunch service elsewhere. This location seems to be self serve or drive through.

Taco Bell is a welcoming restaurant with a friendly staff. The workers, such as Odman and Richard, are known for their kindness, smiles, and exceptional customer service. The food is handled and prepared as expected by a fast food chain, and the restaurant is generally kept clean. The minimal wait times make it a great spot for regular visits.
