Every time I order from the app. And go here to pick up my food . The order is Wrong. 3 times recently geesh! First I ordered ranch snack wraps (4) w/o lettuce all 4 were made incorrect. I had to go back out in the pouring rain the 2nd time they never even gave the snack wraps. And then gave me a apple pie for my trouble. 3rd most recent I ordered daily double pack and received 2 plain chicken sandwiches on the next order. No daily double. Good
I just went through the drive thru. They gave me my food and had me pull into a parking spot to wait for my Diet Coke, which I could see them actively filling up. Waited for about 10 minutes and never got it, so I left. I understand lunch rush is busy, but waiting over 10 minutes for a Diet Coke is ridiculous.
