I'm not a fan of everything being automated in a fast food restaurant. Customer service isn't as good because the crew don't hang out at the register anymore. No welcoming smile, no getting your drink cup before your food. The kiosk isn't hard to traverse, but prices keep going up and the customer is doing the job that a person was doing.
Love the catina menu but a worker found a condom wrapper on the seat of the booth behind me, ewww.
