As part of a Hidden Gems food tour of Nashville, I was lucky enough to eat these AMAZING shrimp Baja style tacos. Definitely eat here! Even if it’s a bit of a drive, it will be totally worth it! I wish I didn’t live out of state, I would be supporting this new local business regularly.
Come and be forever changed.I had the pleasure of enjoying my first four tacos from Los Carnales today. I ordered the Birria, Carnita, Asada and Pollo. The tortillas were incredible, hot, fresh and flavorful. Everything was cooked to perfection. The spiciness was on point. The juices were juicy (but not too juicy). The cilantro was lovely.
