Teriyaki Madness is a clean restaurant with perfectly cooked, fresh food and incredibly kind and respectful front line staff. Service is quick and efficient, with food great and ready within minutes. Prices are very reasonable. The spicy tofu bowl is insanely good, crispy outside and soft inside, and the egg rolls are the best, especially with yum yum sauce. The food is healthy, amazing, and delicious every single time. The manager and owner are amazing and welcoming. However, the rice at this location is overwatered every time, with the consistency of oatmeal. This spot is highly recommended for anyone in Donelson/Hermitage who likes Asian food.
