When we were first seated, we were placed in the back room away from the music, and honestly it wasn’t the experience we came for. But the moment we spoke with Derek and Nicole, everything changed. Their customer service was beyond exceptional. They listened, understood exactly what we wanted, and the management team went above and beyond to make it right by moving us to an incredible table right up front by the stage.

Amazing atmosphere, phenomenal food and drinks, and great service. We did have an issue upon arrival wherein our group of 10 (celebrating a bachelorette weekend, reservation made months in advance) was going to be seated in two groups of 5 across the room from each other. However, a member of our party spoke to management and we were quickly accommodated and ended up with a WONDERFUL waitress. Great experience - I highly recommend dining here at least once during a visit to Nashville!
