“I'm not usually in Newbern but had time to kill, while my little dog got groomed in town. Ran thru the drive thru for breakfast and got fantastic service from probably the friendliest employees I have had tge pleasure meeting. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in town.“

“Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn't look clean.“

“This one makes me a little sad.....I have been a big fan of Chick-fil-A in Dyersburg since day one. I used to eat here literally every day for breakfast and sometimes every day for lunch.......not going to lie in the last year or two. The food has just not been as good as it used to be. Seems like the chicken nuggets are always old, cold, and small inedible chunks instead of having some meat on them. The last 3 times at least that I got my chicken minis for breakfast, I ended up throwing them away ,I decided not to get breakfast anymore after the 3rd time. it is way too expensive to be throwing in the trash. The 2 lane drive-through is nice. Their lines are not nearly as long to go through the drive-through anymore, so that's a plus. The remodel they just did makes it very hard to go in and stand to wait on your online pick-up order. It is way too crowded at the doorway now even though you're trying to move around to the other side of the door to stand and wait. You're always in someone's way. I will end on this note.......yes we all love Chick-fil-A, but Dyersburg needs to step back up their game a little. I miss my good hot fresh fast food that I was always used to !
Parking: They have plenty of parking , but the parking lot is always full.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes a wheelchair could easily access the doors.“

“My favorite is the chicken planks . Would like for them to still be the size they use to but taste never changed and I love them . Fish is excellent also but prefer chicken planks. New store that's extremely clean a d good service.
Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is suitable for kids to dine.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility parking and entrance to restaurant.“

“Went here on my Lunch Break the other day. The Drive Thru Attendant was very prompt to answer any questions related to the food, the gentleman at the window was very respectful taking the payment and dispensing the food, and they kept the line moving at a brisk pace for an easy in/out. Very pleasant drive thru experience.“

“I made my order I should have got two burgers I only got one called back in and told him I got one set for another 10 minutes finally they come out and not explain to him what it was then go back in 5 minutes later they bring it out 87 cents and change okay I call back and got a manager come out she comes out said they thought I didn't get my changes no more I didn't get my burger this is stupid another 10 minutes later I finally get a burger and they didn't make me pay for it they just give him extra one stupid“
