“This Dominos has been my go-to pizza place for probably 7 months at this point. I regularly get the pan pizza - meatlovers edition and me and my youngest son love it. They really do have something for the whole family and we order from there nearly weekly. I have to say, they don't always get the pizza perfect but 9 times out of 10 I don't even have to tell them. It's as if they intuitively know and I get an email that says "That delivery is not what we expected, let us make it up to you" and they do, with enough points to get a free medium pizza on my next order. You really can't beat that kind of service and suffice it to say they have won my pizza business!“

A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. “⚠️ Poor Management Can Ruin a Good Concept Before this experience, I would have rated this location around 4.1/5. I actually liked the concept—cold beer, sports, decent food, and a lively adult-oriented atmosphere. The concept itself was never the problem. The problem was management. I brought a legitimate safety concern to management expecting a simple conversation and a willingness to address it. Instead, I felt dismissed and left with the impression that my concerns—and my business—didn't matter. 🚩 I also filed a BBB complaint, which was ultimately closed as “Unanswered” after management failed to respond. That's disappointing enough, but failing to respond through the BBB raised even more questions about accountability and customer service. The atmosphere may bring people through the door, but management determines whether customers come back. Cold beer, football, and themed events don't make up for feeling ignored when you raise a legitimate safety concern. If you're looking for a loud, adult-oriented sports bar atmosphere filled mostly with middle-aged men, this may be your place. But if you expect management to listen, take legitimate concerns seriously, and value your business, I'd think twice before spending your money here. A good concept can only go so far when management loses the trust of its customers.“

“Alyssa F. is a wonderful person at Slim Chickens in Hendersonville, TN. I had a problem with the taste of the coleslaw with an order that was picked up. I called about it and she immediately tasted the coleslaw that morning and agreed. She offered a free meal, and made sure that the coleslaw was ok, by letting me taste it when I came to pick up my free order, it was fine, and I didn't have to wait long. “My husband and I dined here tonight with our 16 month old son. The staff were all super friendly, and the gentleman in charge went out of his way to interact with our son and offer him a small toy. During our time in the restaurant, a disoriented and disgruntled man entered the restaurant demanding food. His behaviors escalated to a potential safety issue for other patrons, and the gentleman in charge handled the incident incredibly well, treating the man with dignity and respect while also sternly trying to ensure a safe and comfortable dining experience for everyone else.“

“This pizza is hands-down my fav!!!!! I feel like it is my favorite pizza in this area. They are so delicious.

The ingredients are really good. It’s like the crust —the cheese— and the sauce are all perfectly placed and spread to equal the perfect pizza.

The crust is crispy the pepperoni are really crispy too which is something I love and all around it feels like quality ingredients because my stomach doesn’t gurgle afterwards—-L O L other places have left my stomach a little upset.“

My only complaint is someone, not sure who, isn't slicing with enough pressure, or with a sharp enough blade, because a lot of the time my pizzas are more scored than sliced, and it leads to dough tearing and toppings getting pulled off. Please, ensure cuts go all the way through the dough. I don't even care that the cuts are uneven, just complete your cuts.“
