“Over all this is my favorite Dunkin.The service is always nice and they keep stuff clean but like some other dunkins, when I order a cold brew sometimes I get ice coffee and I can definitely tell the difference. It doesn't taste as good as cold brew and it upsets my stomach where Cold brew doesn't. Also, ice coffee is cheaper than cold brew so I feel like I'm getting cheated.If you're out of cold brew, just say it and offer an ice latte or something instead.“
“There were only two employees. One was a first day trainee. The other lady was taking drive through and in person orders and making the food. The trainee was able to get drinks and donuts. They’re doing the best they can but can’t keep up as things get busier. The main lady is very calm and professional in spite of the frustrations.
Food was pretty good and order was complete.“
