“No wait for seating. Wasnt busy at all. Server was very nice. Server had to return and verify sides. When meal arrived hamburger steak was over cooked, dry, crunchy outer edges. Pintos were cool and was missing cornbread. The biscuits, I did not order were gooey and white on top. The cornbread the server went back for , “there will be await for corn bread” , were so crumbly when picked up to butter , it fell into pieces. All my server could do was apologize. This was not on the server, THE KITCHEN was the fail.“

“Great place! Had my first time in an O' Charley's today, fantastic experience! I'm so sorry they've been shutting down everywhere....keep this one open ! Lunch combo potato soup with club sandwich is to die for! Thank you will definitely be back 10/10“
