That left just one...we did not get her name but she handled it like a boss. matter of fact she tried to call her manager several times and manager didn't answer (imagine that). “So I had a chocolate cupcake here today. It was pretty good.....very rich and enough for 2 to share. It was $5.49 plus tax. I would suggest this only for a true chocolate lover as it is chocolate cake, with chocolate icing, topped with chocolate shavings! The cupcake was soft and fresh.“

“Delicious cookies! Free samples really helped us decide which cookies to get. Got the 6 bags for $45 deal to save and be able to get some of all the samples we liked! The bite sized cookies are fun! Kevin gave us the most friendly, best customer service!“

“The only disappointment was they gave us a table number but we still had to go up and retrieve our food. Usually when a restaurant gives a table tent number that means they will bring it to you. We also had to bus the table after we were done. Some were disappointed in the grilled cheese but the other items were good, especially the cookie dough. But the Mac N Cheese was watery.“

“We passed this place and I pointed it out to my husband and he said do you wanna turn around? And I was like ehh idk, it’s fine but bless my husband he turned around and the whole family is so glad he did! The pair in here are so sweet and funny. The whole place has a homey vibe to it and I find that most places like this are the best. Not only is the service 5 stars but the food is soooo good. I got the apple pie funnel cake and I couldn’t put my fork down.. worth every penny!! If we are in the area again I will definitely come back.“

Placed an order back in Feb '24 for a cookie cake for my birthday & was made as expected but unfortunately I had to leave town before the store opened and was already paid for.
Called the store and spoke with the manager Chris and he said although he didn't think corporate would issue me a refund he would take my name down and the next time I was in the area he would have another one made for me.
After nearly 7 months, I called him back and he remembered who I was and was still willing to honor his commitment. Was finally able to pick up the cake a couple days ago & just wanted to share my appreciation for Chris at Great American Cookie for his understanding & willingness to take care of me. All around great service & highly recommend this location for all your cookie cake, cookies or ice cream needs! Thanks again Chris.“

“First off Dollywood is amazing and the cinnamon bread there is no words it's the best cinnamon bread I think I have ever had soooooooo good its fresh and hot and they give you frosting you must eat it warm the cinnamon bread is very popular and the line gets long but goes fast you have to order and pay then make your way into the Grist Mill &Cinnamon bread hut where there are making it definitely a must stop at Dollywood“
