“I always go through the drive-thru, so not sure about the inside. Food order is usually always correct and food is always good. The staff seem very nice.

“Went to Sonic to try the pulled pork sandwich. They drowned it in a spicy sauce. Didn't care for the sauce or the soggy buns. I didn't order bbq sauce on it ...was ordered plain and dry. Walmart pulled pork sandwich is soooo much better.“

“Food was fast and fresh in the drive thru. The employee Jason (I think that was his name but I could be wrong, only briefly caught a glimpse of his name tag) was so very polite and cordial. He definitely extruded happiness and a pleasant attitude. This is day one of a long awaited week staycation and this fast food set the pace. Thank you all so much.“

“Yep! Portland, TN, (almost) has the best Taco Bell establishments in Middle Tennessee. If their Customer Service was a bit more friendly ... happier, they'd rank #1. Unfortunately, every time I pick up my order, they act like I'm interrupting their life. Otherwise, the food is "good enough to eat" and my orders have always been ready on time .. and that's better than most places around here!“

“The food was good but The service was slow. I assumed the young lady was new because she kept asking the other gentleman to go get and do for her. It was a good line going on and she was slow . She had a earbud in talking on the phone not paying attention to people's orders“

“First time customer. App worked well. Walked inside for pickup. Food ready and basically accurate (indicating less or more for ingredients didn't mean anything). Typical small booth tables as at many Subway restaurants, but impressed with very spacious dining and very clean.“

“Really nice McDonald's with fun decor, lots of seating. Incredibly fast food as expected. Ladies toilet rings slow needs repair. Counter lady was extraordinarily kind to elderly man who needed help with order. Five star just for loving one's neighbor“
