“We used the drive thru, but the person who waited on us was very nice and courteous. Our order was correct and one thing I really liked was that the burger without the onions was clearly marked on it's wrapper. I didn't have to unwrap the burgers to figure out which burger belonged to which person.“

“Food was fast and fresh in the drive thru. The employee Jason (I think that was his name but I could be wrong, only briefly caught a glimpse of his name tag) was so very polite and cordial. He definitely extruded happiness and a pleasant attitude. This is day one of a long awaited week staycation and this fast food set the pace. Thank you all so much.“

“Made an order today with Postmates . It’s supposed to be delivered later today I need you guys to get everything right I don’t wanna be missing any of my food and I want my bags sealed properly I’ll delete this review and leave a lovely review as long as that happens when I get my order!!!!!! I wanna make it very clear if I have any problem with my order, I will be contacting corporate y’all have had too many complaints lately for my liking🙂“

“Yep! Portland, TN, (almost) has the best Taco Bell establishments in Middle Tennessee. If their Customer Service was a bit more friendly ... happier, they'd rank #1. Unfortunately, every time I pick up my order, they act like I'm interrupting their life. Otherwise, the food is "good enough to eat" and my orders have always been ready on time .. and that's better than most places around here!“

“When I got there there was one young lady working and she was helping a mother and her child I didn't know if they were people in the back or anything but I figured that there had to be somebody else there because it was very cleanly the atmosphere was friendly and the young lady turned out to be the only one that was there and she covered for not only her manager and was happy about it! She was the epitome of good customer service. I give her 10 Stars someone give that girl a raise“
