“We enjoyed all of the food we got!!! We got the special which was sausage egg and cheese biscuit with double cheddar on a garlic biscuit, 1 plain bacon egg and cheddar biscuit, 1 plain butter and strawberry jam, and 1 plain honey butter biscuit and I'll just say that was the best biscuits I've had in a long time. The biscuits were similar to the consistency of cornbread but fluffier. My boyfriend absolutely loved the coffee. The place was small nice and quaint and we will definitely be visiting again. There was only one person working but he was Maning the kitchen amazingly all while making everyone that came in feel welcome and like they were his friends. Thanks for everything today!!!“
“I've been going here since the early 80's. Absolutely LOVE this little gem and so happy that they are still going strong. Still looks the same but that's part of its charm...takes us back to the good 'ol days. The Vols Bacon Cheeseburger is a must try along with their fried catfish (excellent tartar sauce and hush puppies too) and breakfast items. Our favorite sides would be fried okra/tomatoes, coleslaw, tater tots, fries, & pinto beans. Meatloaf is pretty good.. just a little too sweet for me. I need to try more, but it's so hard to not order the BEST burger or Catfish in town. ?“
“My first-time visit to Rami's Cafe won't be the last for sure. My "Meat Lovers Omelet" was very good lite fluffy lots of filling. Coffee was good. Small place not a lot of seating. A 6 seat table opened we ask if the another couple would share. We got to meet Jonathan and Loria very nice young couple works in music school. Good conversation and doing this allowed both of us to get seated faster....Parking: Small lot, seems that the share with gym next door.“
“What sweet staff they have in here!! So helpful. I ordered a tuna melt on white and it's amazing!! Cheeseburger is so tasty and done perfectly. But let me tell you about the lemon pie! To die for! Homemade ? pie is my favorite ever! Sad I missed breakfast but I bet the biscuits were delicious. Wish we were staying in town longer so we could come back!! ?“
“This is my favorite brunch place! They stay super busy so definitely check the waitlist before going and reserve your spot! Staff is friendly and efficient, lemon ricotta pancakes are unbeatable, and their honey iced coffee is amazing! Their Atmosphere is lovely and the price is fair considering what you get! Large portions & the place is always clean“
“This is an awesome little hole in the wall traditional diner. It is nothing fancy and it doesn’t have to be. I wish I hadn’t slept on this place all the years I’ve lived in Bearden. I ordered single biscuit and gravy, two scrambled eggs, basic fried potatoes which come with capers btw ask them to leave them off if you wish. I didn’t mind them. And 3 pieces crispy bacon.Service was great and servers are very friendly you just sit wherever. About half the tables were full at brunch time so wasn’t super crowded. I got my menu and coffee super fast. It was fresh and taste good. Food came out just a few minutes later. Very nice portions. Previous reviews mentioned food lacking seasoning but I appreciated the level as there is salt and pepper (and hot sauce and ketchup) on the table so you can season to your liking.I was checked on a time or two and asked if I liked a refill. I didn’t feel like they were hovering at all like some places. I was able to enjoy my meal. Ticket came super early but who cares it’s not because they want you to leave. It’s a diner, it’s just what they do. Price was very reasonable for all the food I got. Thanks ladies (and gents in the back) I’ll be back!“
“Just had lunch there for the first time. The food Wes fresh and very good. Was able to order a French press with fresh coffe that was good. Got eggs scrambler Florentine. Was tasty. One large pan sketch on the side to try and it was very big and think. Will be back to try other menubitems that looked “
“Welcoming environment with easy to follow menu. Price between $-$$ based on individual or family. Highly recommended for fast and efficient service. The menu includes variety styles with the flavor profile to match! The seating offered multiple options for single or family style dining . Would highly recommend for great service and food!Note: they place your name under dream spot to road trip it was fun hearing the places called out :) definitely added some new locations based off what was called out“
“Hashbrown bowls are great in both quality and quantity, although a bit pricey. My girlfriend seemed to really enjoy the chocolate chip waffles, they come with a ton of chocolate chips, both of these things were $18, we did not dine in, so I can't speak on the experience. I'll definitely be going back for more hashbrown bowls.“
“Had to send my food back 3 times and then when I got itit was cold my daughter food was over cooked my husband food was not right and they thought it was funny that the food was that way. I don't and I have tried calling in on them but not got no where yet but I will.“
“Hubby and I have been missing Waffle House since we've been in states where there wasn't one. I don't know if it's because we have been away. But this was the best meal we've ever had at one. This location was packed. But yet they were ontop of cleaning off tables, friendly attitudes. We will definitely be back before we leave Tennessee.“
“I was there yesterday. I noticed one of the cooks came from the back and was handling money. The cook didn't wash their hands and proceeded to cook and touch food while I sat there watching. After some time went by the cook finally put gloves on. I don't want anyone in trouble. Just remind them about hand washing procedures.“
“Absolutely LOVED THIS WAFFLE HOUSE!! My boyfriend and I went to the merchant waffle house and they were so rude to us we didn’t get a table for 30-40 minutes and ended up leaving. but this is the best waffle house we’ve ever been to. The staff was so sweet and really cared about the quality in their work and pleasing their customers!“
“Visited today and loved our experience! The team is friendly, do a great job and it extends to the food. All our dishes came out hot and delicious. Coffee was fresh and tasty, and atmosphere open and welcoming. If you're looking for Southern comfort for brunch, Maple Street has it and more!“

“I have been to many waffle houses all over the country. Some Ive had great service. But this waffle house has excellent service and I believe his name is Trent the cookies awesome. He makes my eggs perfect, and I can actually eat my hash browns. There normally cooked so crunchy you can't eat them. I have made this waffle house my regular stop.“
“I was told this is the oldest still running Waffle House.Staff was excellent. I forget the name of the man who served me on a Sunday morning, but he was super attentive and enjoyable to talk to. My coffee never got far below half. I hope he quickly recovers from his skateboard incident.Food was Waffle House. Which to say, very enjoyable but nothing surprising. And that's a good thing.A fantastic place to stop on your way through. I was heading north on I75. Very conveniently located from the freeway.Stop in and get your grub on!Parking: Simple lot belonging to Waffle House. Easy to access and most spots are close to the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on the ground level with a ramp in the sidewalk“
“Our visit started out with a 25 minute wait. Apparently it's the standard to "get in line" and "check in" via internet. That means it must be good, right?Drinks came right away. I had coffee, which was good, and the place a carafe on your table to refill your own. My wife's soda was replenished regularly no problem. Our waiter was polite. We did have to ask for flatware after our food arrived. Our meals took about 35 minutes to arrive. My wife ordered the Cobb salad and a fruit bowl, so no cook time required. I ordered "the works" omelet, and seasoned potatoes. Neither were hot but still warm.My wife had no complaints with her order. My omelet was fine, needed salt and pepper but good. The potatoes also needed a little extra but again, were good. They were cut unevenly so the smaller pieces were done, the larger slightly under. The menu had plenty of choices at a reasonable price. Our longer than usual wait was surely due to it being 12:30 on Superbowl Sunday. All in all, I would recommend. We were traveling so hopefully our more local location will be as good.Parking: Plenty of parking as this location is in a strip mall type location.“
“Love at first watch!I recently had the pleasure of trying out First Watch Restaurant for breakfast, and it was absolutely fantastic. The traditional breakfast I ordered was delicious, with each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the attentive service we received from our server. She was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.I highly recommend First Watch Restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items.“
“This isn't my normal Waffle House. Walking in no one said or anything. I said hello to one of the girls & got no reply. The women who waited on me was very nice, friendly, refilled my coffee ect. If it wasn't for her my scores would of been lower! Not likely I'll go back to this one!“
