The food is always hot, taste great, and is fast service!! It says alot about a place when the owners will take the time to stop and talk to you and make sure everything is good. Also when you walk in and they great you by name because the employees take the time to get to know their customers. This is a great place to go get great food, get a beer, hang out, and watch any type of sports with the plethora of tvs they have. The ranch garlic cheese bread is our favorite app they have, my wife loves their fresh salads, the wings are HUGE, and whatever pizza you get, will be fresh and delicious!! (Our current go-to is the founders on thin crust) This will always be one of our go-to places that welcomes us with open arms!!“

“This has been me and my husbands favorite restaurant since we moved to the area 4 years ago. The food is great but the people who work there are amazing too. We always get the same fajitas and several of the servers remember our order and always have a small pitcher of margs ready when they see us. El Rey has seriously been there for us on the best of days and the worst of days and we are so grateful ?“

“We went here for our annual office Christmas dinner. The food was incredible- but the service was TOP NOTCH. All the servers were great but our main server Grace was knowledgeable as most of us had never been there before, our guys can get obnoxious and she handled them great and she was on top of everything. We didn’t feel rushed or like we were waiting for anything even though we spent over four hours enjoying our experience. 5 out of 5 stars would def recommend and am going to personally bring family back for celebrations. “One of my favorite restaurants. The Greek salad, saganaki, roasted chicken, and lobster pasta are incredible. Deserts are a must have. The atmosphere and service is fantastic. It can be hard to book a table, but it's first come, first serve at the bar. Prices are reasonable and match the quality of service, food, and atmosphere.“

“Jig and Reel is a Knoxville staple. I’ve been coming here since college. The whiskey menu is extensive so if that’s your thing, this is the place. The food is shockingly good. I have always loved their fish and chips - super crispy, great fries, and homemade tartar sauce. My husband loves their scotch egg. We reserved their side room for an event recently and were so impressed. There was no fee for renting as we had about 30 people there that would be eating and ordering drinks. We were able to decorate the room to our liking (but of course took everything down afterwards). We ordered a charcuterie board and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Our server (can’t remember his name but he kinda looks like the DJ ‘Eliminate’) was fantastic. He was fast with orders, very observant of the room, and offered help wherever we needed. I was also happy to see that we were still treated well with it being a queer event - there was no hostility. We’ll happily have more events in the future here.“

“I host events at HiWire and Leslie and her crew have always been so accommodating from day one. They are such a delight to work with. I love the space and how flexible they are with working with any event hosted there. It is extremely dog and family friendly. They always have a great selection of drinks for any pallette. the rooftop is a great spot on good weather days. Definitely recommend checking it out.“

“Was driving through Knoxville...looking at google maps and seeing what food options were available for a quick bite. I'm so glad I scrolled just a little east and read about The Burgers. OMG ..for nearly the same price as a fast food burger combo meal I had one of the best burgers ever. Friendly staff...awesome onion rings. Also, they proudly have a wall of food inspection reports where they have scored 100% over and over and over. Highly recommend!!“

“Delivery is usually rocking, but not today. I’ll usually give a little slack when the order’s not right but I think you would want to know how your food is being represented. I ordered my favorite, the Farmhouse Hash. Maybe I’m being picky but I’m only comparing it to the same meals I’ve had before, which were excellent. First, either Avocado’s have shrunk to the size of a Kumquat or the cook could care less about what this meal would taste like. I got 4 pieces of avocado about an inch big. And they still had the peel on them. Second, I ordered Sour Dough as opposed to wheat because of nutrition guidelines I have to keep. I got wheat anyway, which was very tempting. My eggs were fried, not basted. I got cheddar cheese instead of goat cheese. We also received smucker’s packets instead of the home made jam, that we expected. So it just boils down to the quality for the price. I basically paid $30 for my meal. I don’t mind paying restaurant prices but I also expect better than fast-food. One more thing I would like your business to think about. I am a disabled, immune-compromised customer. I order delivery more than the average customer for health reasons. I don’t appreciate the lack of consideration from your kitchen staff. Just because I’m not there to ask the server to correct my order, does not mean it’s ok to slack off on your duties. It more than likely was oversight but still, I felt you needed to know what was going on. I do hesitate now, to order from First Watch. I’m just not sure I’ll get what I expect.“

“Our service here for our first anniversary was incredible. Our servers were Jameson, Zach, and Steven and they were an excellent team to have during our dining experience! Everyone one was very polite, kind, and on top of everything throughout the night. Highly recommend that you ask for them on your next night out. We will definitely be going back again!“
