The food is always hot, taste great, and is fast service!! It says alot about a place when the owners will take the time to stop and talk to you and make sure everything is good. Also when you walk in and they great you by name because the employees take the time to get to know their customers. This is a great place to go get great food, get a beer, hang out, and watch any type of sports with the plethora of tvs they have. The ranch garlic cheese bread is our favorite app they have, my wife loves their fresh salads, the wings are HUGE, and whatever pizza you get, will be fresh and delicious!! (Our current go-to is the founders on thin crust) This will always be one of our go-to places that welcomes us with open arms!!“

“Not sure what the negative reviews are for here, but I tried this place on DoorDash. IT WAS SOOO GOOD. I ordered multiple different rolls, as I wanted to spoil myself. I also ordered crab ragoons. I do wish they gave you yum yum sauce on the side. It really would have complimented everything. I would 100% order here again.“

“This was my first time visiting this location. The service was absolutely excellent. We had a large party of twelve people, but the waiter and waitress kept everything moving quickly. “Jig and Reel is a Knoxville staple. I’ve been coming here since college. The whiskey menu is extensive so if that’s your thing, this is the place. The food is shockingly good. I have always loved their fish and chips - super crispy, great fries, and homemade tartar sauce. My husband loves their scotch egg. We reserved their side room for an event recently and were so impressed. There was no fee for renting as we had about 30 people there that would be eating and ordering drinks. We were able to decorate the room to our liking (but of course took everything down afterwards). We ordered a charcuterie board and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Our server (can’t remember his name but he kinda looks like the DJ ‘Eliminate’) was fantastic. He was fast with orders, very observant of the room, and offered help wherever we needed. I was also happy to see that we were still treated well with it being a queer event - there was no hostility. We’ll happily have more events in the future here.“

“I host events at HiWire and Leslie and her crew have always been so accommodating from day one. They are such a delight to work with. I love the space and how flexible they are with working with any event hosted there. It is extremely dog and family friendly. They always have a great selection of drinks for any pallette. the rooftop is a great spot on good weather days. Definitely recommend checking it out.“

Everything from steak to chicken to fish to pinto beans and cornbread,Absolutely delicious. “Our family had the pleasure of dining at the Gatlinburg, TN location. We have a non-verbal, special needs son who uses a wheelchair. They made us feel welcomed by seating us at a perfect table that was accessible and yet out of the way to accommodate his wheelchair. Thank you to the seating hostess for accommodating us! 💜 Then we had a wonderful server by the name of Mark! He provided excellent service, made sure that our son felt welcomed, and made sure our son had a wonderful meal that he enjoyed very much! We explained our son's dietary restrictions and Mark did a excellent job at making recommendations for our son's meal. The excitement our son had from his first bite of the Neva's Potatoes was priceless! His face lit up with excitement, scooched his wheelchair closer, and leaned in closer over the potatoes. lol Kinda wished we had gotten extra potatoes for him to have again later. He was just as excited while eating his leftovers too! Thank you to our server Mark and Chesapeake's for the wonderful meal and accomodating our family. We highly recommend this restaurant! 🥰“

“We were here celebrating Fathers Day. We love this restaurant but I was disappointed with my 10 oz ribeye. We were there June 17, 2025. My husband ordered the 7 oz sirtion & it was much thicker & larger than my ribeye. The ribeye I was served was very thin. This is unusual for the Chophouse cause I always order the 10 oz ribeye & it is always spot on.We celebrate special occasions here & love it. The house salad is amazing. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed the next time I order ribeye. Thank you Kathy Adderholdt“

OMG ..for nearly the same price as a fast food burger combo meal I had one of the best burgers ever. Friendly staff...awesome onion rings. Also, they proudly have a wall of food inspection reports where they have scored 100% over and over and over. Highly recommend!!“

Everything was great, but my 2 favorites were the chicken portion and the cabbage portion. My husband’s was the beef and the lentil. We found it interesting that we both ate until we were full, but neither of us felt bad.

“Delivery is usually rocking, but not today. I’ll usually give a little slack when the order’s not right but I think you would want to know how your food is being represented. I ordered my favorite, the Farmhouse Hash. Maybe I’m being picky but I’m only comparing it to the same meals I’ve had before, which were excellent. First, either Avocado’s have shrunk to the size of a Kumquat or the cook could care less about what this meal would taste like. I got 4 pieces of avocado about an inch big. And they still had the peel on them. Second, I ordered Sour Dough as opposed to wheat because of nutrition guidelines I have to keep. I got wheat anyway, which was very tempting. My eggs were fried, not basted. I got cheddar cheese instead of goat cheese. We also received smucker’s packets instead of the home made jam, that we expected. So it just boils down to the quality for the price. I basically paid $30 for my meal. I don’t mind paying restaurant prices but I also expect better than fast-food. One more thing I would like your business to think about. I am a disabled, immune-compromised customer. I order delivery more than the average customer for health reasons. I don’t appreciate the lack of consideration from your kitchen staff. Just because I’m not there to ask the server to correct my order, does not mean it’s ok to slack off on your duties. It more than likely was oversight but still, I felt you needed to know what was going on. I do hesitate now, to order from First Watch. I’m just not sure I’ll get what I expect.“
