“Ordered a turkey burger but unfortunately it was not available. Got the original cheddar burger. No bun. Very tasty. Juicy without being greasy. The onion rings were light and crispy. The staff was friendly and the place was really busy. There was a wait.“

“They went above and beyond for my Daughter with meat allergies!! ( Alpha-gal) !! The manager stopped what he was doing and went straight to the grill to take care of my daughter so there was zero possibility of cross contamination!! These guys are Awesome!!“

“In my opinion, this is hands-down, the best burger in severe county. The smash burgers and hotdogs are absolutely to die for. The two gentlemen that run the place are upstanding, and so very friendly. The food is 100% made to order, hot, and made of the freshest ingredients. I absolutely adore that their location is extremely convenient for me. Kudos to both of you guys for putting out such amazing products.“

“I have one complaint. I went into the women’s restroom and they was no hook on which to hang my purse in the stall. The door does not lock so leaving it outside the toilet stall is not an option. I am not setting it on the baby changing table for obvious reasons and zi am not setting it on the floor . There needs to be a place to put a hook to hang handbags, jackets or other items while using the toilet. Please ask the manager to get this done ASAP. We eat there often and it would be very helpful and sanitary for there to be a hook install on the wall between the changing table and corner or next door to the door opening on the inside. Thank you“

“We love coming to this place. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The owners and staff couldn’t be nicer. I would choose this place over anything in Pigeon Forge. The wings and hand cut fries and my favorite. We will come back every time we are in town.“

“Everything was great . The lady that took our order was great! Bacon cheese burger was awesome. Root float was great. We had a big order for 8 people and it came out pretty quick and it was hot. The workers also gave my daughters quarters to play games with. That was really nice. This was our first time ever going to a A&W we will be back next time we are in the area“
