Well after the hostess sat us by the kitchen it was so loud. Finally after 15 minutes we received our waters. It took another 15 minutes for the server to come see if we were ready. I was ready to just leave. Wish I had. When my order arrived the baked potato was cold. Shrimp mushy. My husband didn’t get his order because she forgot to put it in. We were just done. Unfortunately we had cause to complain about the service - but our server Jessie and supervisor Ashley sorted this out. It meant a longer wait for our food but it was delicious. We liked that the manager came by too checking on us and they made a deduction to the total bill.
Well done Red Lobster - you handled the situation in a friendly and professional way.
Food was cold never got appetizer till after my meal and service was horrible would not recommend this restaurant unless you like eating cold food for the price you pay😡😡😡😡🤬
