There were so many options, and everything was cooked and seasoned well. There was a wide selection of sushi on the buffet as well as a customized hibachi grill where you make your selection and it's cooked in front of you. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good.
