“This is a compliment for Cody ( goat tee) service on 3/19/26 @4pm. My grandson (13) went in to get his sandwich and the gentleman greeted him when he walked in with lots of enthusiasm. 😁 My grandson said he was very funny and took his time with his sandwich making sure it was perfect. He said most employees just throw it in there without a care. For a 13 year old to notice that says a lot. I told him that that is character & pride in work looks like. I hope my grandson takes that lesson with him in life. Thank you Cody for being extra!!! We need more employees like Cody. 😁“

“The staff was amazing, willing to help when my Mac and Cheese was not available on my mobile order. They were quick and apologetic which I appreciate. The food was hot and tasty. My overall experience was a really good one. Highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I work over at first horizon next door and I go there for lunch from time to time. Today I was greeted by Les and I really appreciated his service. He made my sandwich with care and made sure ingredients were spread apart and it was made well. When I put on the sauce he said it recommends to put it on first but I can have my sub however I liked it so I appreciate that. He asked if I wanted a meal which I accepted and also offered me to sign up for rewards so I did that as well. Then the starry was out and I let him know and they got it fixed for me and I just appreciate the service enough to leave a good review for him.“

“The two employees were swarmed by online orders people getting upset.I don’t agree Friday night two people there were at least 15 online orders plus customers in the store waiting I was there about 45 minutes my order was two foot longs the young man did a great job under all the circumstances .Lady came in after I arrived to a mess she started with the online orders.I do plan on calling corporate.
