“This location stops carryout an hour before closing. I placed a carryout order during that hour, and I promptly received a call from the store. I was understanding of the stores policy, but the employee offered to change the order to delivery to the store's address for me to pick up.

That kind of customer service is exemplary and simply unheard of these days. I wanted a pizza, and he figured out how to make sure I got it instead of just taking the easy way out and cancelling my order. That's top tier customer service!“

“What an overall phenomenal experience we had with Mr. T’s! The owners both personally responded to an inquiry I had sent in about a large order placed for our fantasy football draft. Their customer service was incredible. We got the food right on time and it was hot and tasty. The pizzas were fantastic and the wings were crispy and delicious. “We just had our annual Family Reunion in Chattanooga and on the final night had a Pizza Party. O’Dell’s catered this event for over 50 people (adults and kids) with salads and ice tea. Cullen, Hood O’Dell’s son, was our delivery man and the whole meal came off without a hitch! So much so that the Family gave him and O’Dell’s a standing ovation! All this for a very reasonable price!! Thank you Hood and Cullen and your team for making our Pizza Party such a special success! I’d recommend O’Dell’s for anyone planning a group event!! 5 stars!! The quality far surpassed Domino's Pizza, with properly cut veggies and impeccable packaging. The thin base pizza was incredibly delicious and I highly recommend this place, it's a true gem.“

The Red Marina sauce and the meatballs are so spicy they will make your eyes water and your nose run. The garlic knots were just soaking in olive oil and butter so bad I could of rung them.out like a wet dish towel. I had a GI tear a few months ago that I almost lost my life to, and this definitely triggered my stomach issue. Then on top of that Our pizza costed almost $32 dollars, they had a TEENAGER as a manager and he was trying to get us to order a salad or appetizer in place of the pizza so he didn't lose money on their lousy nasty food,rather than refund us our money back, which we weren't refunded our bill. “We moved to Tennessee 2 years ago from NJ, we love it here. our search started for NJ, NY style pizza. And Today we found it at Southside Pizza, we ordered 2 slices to eat in, one bite and I knew I had to order a 20 inch pie to take home. although it takes 40+ minutes to get there, this will now be our pizza place ! Excellent service and very friendly staff. I'd give this pizza a 9.5, great crispy thin crust, sauce very good not too sweet,and the sausage has a nice spice to it !! thank you for a great pie, Dean and Donna“

“A brunch all day restaurant is the perfect addition to the southside. I walk here, but there is a nice free parking lot adjacent. The bagels are the real deal, the tots are delicious, great options for everyone. I have loved everything I’ve tried. So far, my favorites: the French toast, the avocado toast with egg, and I love their thin crust pizza. Drinks, coffee drinks, great service - all the things that make me happy!“

“Food was fresh and the custome pizzas were very fast. No concerns with the food at all!

If there was one thing the owner/management could improve is that the restrooms smell awful and can be noticed all the way up to the drink machine area. It’s like a chlorine and dirty bathroom smell.“

“I've been coming here since they opened years ago. They have the best pizza for a chain in town. They're what Pizza Hut used to be in the 90's. Also better than Domino's and Papa John's. Lately this location hasn't been that busy. I hope the owner doesn't close it down.“
