Had to wait too long for fast food but service was pleasant and polite.
I spent over 25.00 for a burnt muffin and cold food. Why doesn’t McDonalds put napkins in the bag. It’s irritating. My coffee is never correct. I ask for 4 equal and 3 cream. When I get the coffee there is cream not equal or not the amount I ask for. Coffee not as good as it used to be.
Best McDonald’s we’ve been to in awhile. Everything came out hot and fresh!

McDonald’s has received mixed reviews. Some customers report burnt muffin and cold food, and spending over 25.00. Napkins are not put in the bag, which is irritating. Coffee is never correct, with requests for 4 equal and 3 cream not followed, and coffee not as good as it used to be. Workers are described as rude, including mimicking a customer after being told to pay extra for sauce. An employee meeting in the dining room was very loud and unprofessional, and guests had to hear all the problems the restaurant was having with employees. Bathroom cleanliness is also mentioned, with someone deficated in the urinal. However, the food was good and an online order was presented with accuracy and speed. For a McDonald’s, it’s pretty good. On Tuesday evening before Christmas Eve, the atmosphere was unlike any other McDonald’s, with very nice Christmas decorations, candlelit arrangements on each table, and Santa there with a nicely decorated area to see kids and have pictures made. A homeless mother with her grown autistic son were there, and a regular employee greeted and knew everyone by name, going above and beyond being courteous, helpful, and checking on everyone. Customers, staff, and Santa all interacted like family or longtime friends, making it the best experience ever at any place. The food and building have always been good, and while the problem was rude employees, the employees are very nice now.
