I have to say that this morning was the busiest I have seen it when we have been there! The cook did amazing on the food, it was hot when we got ours. The waitress’ kept on top of our drinks and still stayed on top of the other tables! That place has come along way and seems to be thriving! The past few times we have been in there have been great and have had no issues!! Shari and her staff are doing a great job there and I hope it stays that way and continues to thrive!!
instead of telling me they were out of pepsi, they instead poured it from an ALREADY OPEN, FLAT CAN they had in their reach-in cooler 🤢 I immediately asked for water instead. The waitress politely told me she'd take it off my bill. THE ON-SITE MANAGER REFUSED AND I WAS CHARGED FOR THE FLAT, REUSED CAN OF PEPSI?!? Not only was she rude, but she (hopefully) knows that is in violation of a few health codes. I've made a formal complaint with Hamilton County Health Inspection office
Huddle House doesn't tout itself as a fast food location. So don't drop in if you expect to be treated as if it was McDonald's. My youngest grandson looks forward to our breakfast trips when he spends the night. The atmosphere IS very casual and not your destination if you're searching for elegance. I find the portions to be large, well prepared and tasty. Service there is most often, acceptable. Things do slow down during full house situations but then it is a small hometown...read full review
