“I can always trust the staff here for a good pizza. I find the little secret meaning of the single olive funny tho. Sometimes they get overloaded cause it could be a holiday or weekend, and still they pull through. Sometimes tho the customers can get impatient and not understand the situation and I wish they did. But other than that I don't have any issues with the food and it's always fairly cheap.“

“We ordered delivery from Rafael’s to our camp site. The customer service was great. And our food was excellent! Our compliments to the chef. “First off, the deep dish pizza is awesome and is good every time. We came in with our daughter who is autistic and she only eats pretzels. Well, they were out of pretzels and the world was ending. We had Monica as our waitress and she took pizza dough and MADE us pretzels!! She is the BEST! Thank you so much for being awesome!!“

“Food was fresh and the custome pizzas were very fast. No concerns with the food at all!

If there was one thing the owner/management could improve is that the restrooms smell awful and can be noticed all the way up to the drink machine area. It’s like a chlorine and dirty bathroom smell.“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“I gave up pizza for years until I had Marco’s build your own pizza with double sauce their ingredients are superb. Their cheese is so cheesy, their sauce is that perfect tomato base , their crust is fresh everyday. This pizza has the best flavor!! Their service is excellent too. I would slap my best friend for this pizza! Not really hard and I would run real fast after I did it, because she is twice my size and hits like a boxer but I would still slap her for this pizza…….it’s that good!!!!!“
