I like to think it helped UTC get to the sweet 16 in 97. haha Sooo happy you're in Ooltewah now. I try to go as often as possible. Lots of great memories. Keep it up!!!“

Aubrey’s restaurants is a popular East Tennessee chain that was founded in 1992 by a University of Tennessee graduate in West Knoxville. It started as a single neighborhood restaurant and has grown steadily. According to its website, and certainly from what I saw, it seems to focus on fresh, comforting American food and friendly service. Today there are about 14 locations across East Tennessee. We visited the Hixson location for a large family gathering. There is plenty of parking available, which made it easy for our group. It is a stand-alone brick building. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. There are a lot of seating options for different size parties and both inside and out. The staff was pleasant and our waitress was awesome. She handled our large party very well and was very attentive. They also did a wonderful job accommodating our mobility-impaired family members. I got a burger and fries along with an iced tea. The food came out quickly. It was hot and delicious. Everything about the meal was good. Overall it was a great experience for our family gathering. I definitely recommend Aubrey’s in Hixson to other travelers or families in the Chattanooga area looking for good food and friendly service.“

“Hi! I wanted to share my positive experience in your shop. Came in just shy of 8:30am for the May strawberry 🍓 crossaint special. They weren’t ready. The red head employee, I didn’t catch her name, offered to make me the two I requested within 10 minutes. Awesome! The young woman in the front was awesome too. Both were super helpful! “My husband ordered chicken scampi. I asked the waitress about the sauce that would come on the chicken and pasta. She said it was a garlic sauce. I don't know what it was, but it did NOT taste like like garlic. It was a bit sour. Neither of us liked it. My chicken tortellini with broccoli added was good. Not fantastic but good. When I added more Parmesan cheese at home to the leftovers it was even better.
Now the dessert, I think it was black tie something, a chocolate and cheesecake something was AMAZING. I would be happy to go back and just order that alone!! Even The Cheesecake Factory couldn't top it!“
