“My wife and I have eaten here numerous times but this last meal was just an excellent dinner. Pleasant service, too. We had Flautas Huasteca and Molecajete, an excellent meal, and their salsa is the best around....the iced tea was not all that great but few restaurants have good iced tea anymore, sadly.Have had Pollo Con Crema, Tacos Roc, Quesadillas, Taco Salads, Fajitas...all have been very good. Like any restaurant some meals are better on some days than others, but Cancun is as good as any other full service Mexican restaurant in Oakland. Be aware they now charge a fee for using a credit card.“
“We thoroughly enjoyed our first dining experience at Jalapeno's. My wife and I and two youngest children went there for lunch on a early Saturday afternoon.We were warmly greeted by our server Rachel and then greeted by a delicious plate of tortilla chips and salsa after we were seated.My wife ordered fish tacos and a carne asada taco. I ordered a chicken burrito and chile pablano (my personal favorite) combo. One of my kiddos had a taco and the other had a scrambled egg (he's at that very picky eating age).The food was very tasty!
