“My husband got us both gravy n biscuits, they put the plates in sideways and set the bag upright, of course gravy everywhere, tried to eat biscuit could not even cut it with a knife,,, of course all was thrown away, we are NOT wealthy and cannot afford this...train your folks better please!!!“

“When we are told to go to break, we go to break. I recall this exact incident that JRob has expressed. I was floating in my attempt to catch them up before being told that 3rd time to go to break. I do not like taking breaks while yall are crowded waiting to order or waiting for your food neither darling. But I have zero control over that. I apologize if you did not see me greet someone or yourself for that matter. But I promise you, I am actually one of the few who actually do greet customers. I have multiple regulars whom have become part of the family. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience. I read this week's ago. Mentioned I wanted to respond to you and got the green light to do so. I didn't want you leaving on a bad experience.
