“I had another amazing meal tonight at Hollywood’s. They never disappoint in quality or customer service. The pizza was amazing as always and the new chocolate calzone was out of this world. “My husband got us both gravy n biscuits, they put the plates in sideways and set the bag upright, of course gravy everywhere, tried to eat biscuit could not even cut it with a knife,,, of course all was thrown away, we are NOT wealthy and cannot afford this...train your folks better please!!!“

“When we are told to go to break, we go to break. I recall this exact incident that JRob has expressed. I was floating in my attempt to catch them up before being told that 3rd time to go to break. I do not like taking breaks while yall are crowded waiting to order or waiting for your food neither darling. But I have zero control over that. I apologize if you did not see me greet someone or yourself for that matter. But I promise you, I am actually one of the few who actually do greet customers. I have multiple regulars whom have become part of the family. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience. I read this week's ago. Mentioned I wanted to respond to you and got the green light to do so. I didn't want you leaving on a bad experience.

“Tonight I came to the drive through and a gentleman named Stephen was working in the window. I really just wanted to take a moment to publicly recognize him. Our interaction was brief, but even in that short time he came across so personable. It wasn't a forced positive interaction with a customer. He came across very genuine. To meet someone of his generation with a demeanor like his, is rare. My day got just a little bit better because of those two little minutes. I hope his managers see same light in him that I saw..“
