I asked 3x for the same sandwich only for the lady to try to make 2 sandwiches. I also asked for the sandwich to be heated and they toasted it instead which I do not like because I think it makes the bread hard. I ordered a basic chicken bacon ranch sandwich with minimal toppings and it's was $13.09 my husband got the same and his was 14. It was almost $40 for 2 sandwiches and 1 drink. Boyfriend and I Went in and the place got super busy, ONE person working, we felt bad for him having to tackle all the dine-in and drive-thru orders on his own. But this guy, Tyler, deserves a raise ! He stayed calm, diligent, and kind under the pressure and didn’t make a single mistake (all by himself until help could get there)We Hope he’s recognized for his hard work

I walked over from the Pilot this evening feeling like it would be more than just a regular visit and it was. The young man behind the counter, I want to say his name was Matthew, who made my sandwich was very personable. My order was perfectly made with care.
