“Josh was incredible. We there today at 6pm. Decided to give this Subway another try and glad we did. He had 3 guests inside and a mobile order. He worked very quickly and asked about each aspect of the sandwich so it was perfect. Very kind and detail oriented!“

“Yesterday at lunchtime, I ordered three subs to go. There was such a large amount of mayonnaise and/or dressing on them that they were soggy. They were almost impossible to eat as they fell apart when you picked them up. A major disappointment!“

“We got two turkey Tom's with only mayo for a pick up order. It was ready in 2 to 3 minutes tops! The bread was fresh and the turkey is amazing. Me and my husband don't even really like turkey but theirs is great! We also got a potato salad for free using our jimmy johns app. It was great too.. Will definitely be back. “A great experience worth talking about!

I made a pick up order around 8:30PM. Got to the store around 8:45PM and picked up my order. Drove home and realized I had the wrong order.

No issue, I’ll run back, expect they close at 9PM

I arrive at 9:15PM and the manager (I assume) and two others are cleaning up after a presumingly long day.

I called the store while sitting out front and the manager picked up. I explained the situation and he met me at the door.

Once he realized what happened, he has no issue getting everything back out, putting the slicer back together and making the sandwiches I ordered.

It could’ve been a bad overall experience but seeing the people in the store taking care of the customer made this a great experience.

I appreciate the manager and his staff for taking care of me tonight.

Happy wife, happy life as one of the sandwiches was hers!

“Honestly, the building is kind of scary looking. Like not a place you would want to eat. The staff is excellent! The food is fresh and it’s one of the best subways I’ve eaten at. I love the cold veggies for a change. Don’t let the building fool you.“

“Danielle was wonderful, I’ve been here a couple times this week and both times she was cheerful and upbeat, a sweetheart to talk to, and the service was amazing! She deserves good things her way, and I’ll definitely be dining with subway more often because of the customer service. The entire store was also extremely clean and tidy, and the food- my custom sandwiches- are absolutely amazing. Everything is just right here, cannot recommend this subway enough!“

“When I came in I didn't expect the man who was working to be as knowledgeable and friendly as he was. John was the only one in the store running it at the time. He had informed me of all the different possibilities that weren't even on the menu in store. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was fairly clean. As he handled my order he would offer options and give recommendations. All together it was a good experience, and i had fun while ordering food and you don't get that kind of exchange in the food industry anymore.“
