“PSA I was told that McDonald's has the right to double and triple charge your cards when you use the Kiosk. No wonder they insist on you using it. I called and I was told "Sometimes "PENDING" Charges will go on there, u have to wait 5 to 7 business days, then after that they can see about getting you, your money back". The account is now in the hole, and has overdraft charges because McDonald's feels it has a " right" to my money more than I do. There is no such thing as " Pending" or else the money would be there! Will they accept a "Pending" payment from me?“

“I was a bit disappointed ?. We had bacon cheese burgers, fries and drinks. The bread was very dry and honestly I didn't taste the meat at all. All I could taste was mayo. The fries were good ?. For the money it cost to eat out the food should taste good. The service was good so I guess it was worth $30 and change to spend time with my husband and daughter.“

“10pm on the 4th Of July, line was crazy long, and they were sooooo great. Our food, which was a large order, was all correct. We had interactions with two employees and both were so customer friendly. We don’t experience that kindness very often.“

Right away he changed my mood with his top notch personality! His upbeat tone and professionalism just turned my day around! He actually cared about what I was ordering and that he understood me correctly. When I special ordered my burger, he repeated it back and told me " you can have it your way, because at Burger King you rule!!" That young man is an ace with customer service! Give that boy a raise he will definitely keep your customers coming back! I know I will. In today's world unfortunately customer service lacks a lot. Not at your Burger King with your Mr. Personality Randy!! Keep up the good work Randy! You Rule!“
