“We had dinner here before the Moody Blues show and it was fantastic!! There is a beef carving station as well as a fancy buffet with chicken, fish, veg and soup and salad station. Great view, nice servers! Will definitely book dinner again with the next show.“

“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. “It’s always a special treat eating at Café Pacific. Their offerings are plentiful and everything is so fresh. The waiters are unparalleled. I dropped my napkin on the floor and a gentleman came out of nowhere with a new one to replace it. Exceptional service. Amazing artisanal cocktails. My old fashioned and Gibson martini were excellent. The sea bass and red snapper were excellent. Even the dressing on the Caesar salad was on point. Wonderful experience and definitely one of my fave places for fine dining.“
