“This store knows what GREAT customer service is. I had an issue with drinks that I ordered for delivery. The driver grabbed the wrong drinks. I wrote about the issue and immediately was contacted to resolve the issue. Not only did they resolve the issue they also gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. My mind is blown and I’m so impressed by their genuine care for their customers.“

She’s always smiling, super friendly, and welcoming like she’s had three smoothies herself already. She makes my smoothie perfectly every single time and somehow manages to improve my entire mood before caffeine even kicks in. Honestly, she deserves a raise and probably a medal for making mornings tolerable.“

“Let me start off by saying the young lady at the window is always SO POSITIVE AND KIND ! Best customer service! Today was the same but unfortunately I ran across an issue, I think the lids were changed . I got home, placed my drink on my car to grab my baby out and when I picked up my drink with one hand, the lid popped so I sat it back on the car to top the lid and it all spilled 😩 my delicious meal replacement that is not cheap all gone . So sad , these new LIDS are not it. Very flimsy !!!!!“
