“This was THE best Taco Bell food I have ever eaten in my life!!! It was fresh, delicious, well made! We felt like we had gone to a sit down restaurant and not fast food. The staff was friendly and sweet. The food was made well and absolutely delicious! Totally recommend this Taco Bell.“

“Late night staff was great. I came in at 11:30pm with a complicated order and they absolutely delivered. Everything was correct and the staff was very friendly and did not give me any pushback when I asked to double check the order. Even though I told them I was okay waiting as long as needed, the food was still out in a very timely manner. The ONLY knock I have is that the chips were pretty unusually stale. I’ve not had Taco Bell nacho chips be stale that way so that was a bit disappointing, might want to check on the way you store your chips in order to ensure freshness and good quality. I debated giving a 5 star, but I had to bring it down due to that. Great job night crew!“

“My order has been one of the best I've had in awhile! Even though I've ordered late at night, it didn't affect the quality. It was quick to come out and hot! Order was exactly as I ordered, and the guy at the window had a bright smile that made me feel better. I'm happy with this visit.“

“Stopped by Taco Bell and honestly had a pretty good experience. I grabbed a Crunchwrap Supreme, some Nacho Fries, and a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, and everything came out hot and fresh. The Crunchwrap had a good amount of filling and wasn’t falling apart after the first bite, which is always a win lol. The Nacho Fries were crispy and seasoned really well, and the burrito was packed enough to actually fill me up. The employees were friendly and got my order out pretty quick, even though there were a few people ahead of me. The place was clean and had a chill vibe. Nothing fancy, but when you’re craving Taco Bell, sometimes you just need that late-night comfort food. Prices were reasonable too, especially for the amount of food I got. Definitely a solid experience and I’d pull up again when the craving hits.“

“IM ONLY RATING 5 STARS SO I'LL BE ON TOP, this location sucks, I ordered three Doritos locos tacos and I was given barely any meat and barely any cheese! I didn't get the rootbeer I ordered and instead got Pepsi, multiple items were missing, it took almost 30 minutes for my food to come out because other people with my partners name had ordered and even with the order number it took 30 minutes! “Is Taco Bell on you know what you're getting. The service is usually pretty good but sometimes you can't understand them in the speaker. They have a new AI now for the speaker and it's very annoying. It doesn't listen and you have to repeat yourself and then it will not repeat your order back because you're too far away to see the screen to make sure you ordered correctly. And if you ask for anything special through the AI it will not give it to you. Make sure you double check at the window, however sometimes, the broken English is it hard to communicate with, especially because my Spanish is very rusty.
Overall very clean restaurant and they're very quick.“

“My mother and law and I were asking the staff for large size drinks at the drive thru terminal and at the window and they lied to us at the window saying they didn’t have any even tho we were all looking at the large cups stacked up on the side of the soda machine very unhelpful and disrespectful for lying and not understanding us and obviously not gonna argue so here’s our review“

“The staff were very friendly. We did have a few items missing in our order. However, the missing items were immediately provided to us upon notice they were missing. There was a very friendly guy named Florzell who made sure we received everything we were missing and immediately stopped what he was doing to assist us when we needed help. He never stopped working the whole time we were there. He kept the dining room clean and restocked. We enjoyed the environment. Clean and relaxed. The food was average. I did request fresh cinnamons to be dropped as I was ordering 12 and still received about 6 that was hard from sitting in the warmer. Over all the food was decent but it was the customer service that made me give 5 stars. Hope they give Florzell a well deserved raise.“

“I just want to say the night crew at Taco Bell tonight was on POINT!!!! my burritos to my tacos were done RIGHT the first time and had all my little extras! And that burrito!!!! That burrito!!! “My girlfriend and I went to Taco Bell this morning and placed a mobile order. We were greeted by the lovely store manager (Jc—sorry if I spelled it wrong 🫠). She was so kind and sweet to us, keeping us updated and making sure we knew what was going on. She even offered us a free drink! While our food was finishing up, she was chatting with us and giving love to our dog.
On top of that, she was handling the order all by herself, basically running the whole store alone. If you’ve ever worked in this type of industry, you know how tough that is.
Give this woman a raise—her customer service was fantastic, and she’s a keeper for the store! 10/10 experience 👍“

“I made an online order. When I went to pick it up, the guy at the counter acted like they had never received an online order. I had to show him the order confirmation email twice. Then he asked if I was sure I ordered from his location. Duh! The address was showing on the confirmation. I've known the area since the Gemini Drive-in was there. I guess we all have bad days at work. It was not a positive experience, but the food was great.“

“So far so good! Ordered through the app around 7:30pm, nobody in the drive thru it or in the parking lot either.
Told them my mobile order at the speaker and pulled forward to a Chiraq or Compton level security Lazy Susan, which is unnerving because I didn't think the area was bad like that but it is what it is, glad they're staying safe.

All the food was there and made properly, only thing missing was sauces but who cares? It's just sauce, I have sauce at home.

Very smooth drive thru, and the food was good as far as Taco Bell goes! Whoever worked the shift during 7/12/24 at 7:30pm, you are appreciated!

So much better than the Northwest Highway location. Next time I go if I still get the same service/food I will go 5 stars.

“Went through Drive thru today with a huge order for work, order was taken correctly the first time and was kind and courteous. Plus when I got to work all the drinks were correct & the food. Teka (sorry if missed spelled) I will say is a plus there and received my order quick., Sorry if I ran the time I did ask for her name and thanker her for a job well done.“

“Want to commend this location on the order always being right, and the food quality being great. Far too often orders get messed up or the food is just not what you want but can safely say after driving thru here plenty of times, there are no issues. Workers are nice and the location is in a nice spot. Typically go with a Doritos locos, Crunchwrap supreme, grilled cheese burrito and a cheesy Gordita crunch.“

“Jay has excellent customer service! Attentive and was on it :D he basically carried the whole experience because the automatic kiosk is frustrating. I like my five layer burrito without the 6inch tortilla in the middle and I’m unable to request it through drive thru, so I decided to walk inside where I was disappointed to see no lobby staff. Jay was attentive and took my request then also exchange my cheesy fiesta potatoes after I noticed they were overcooked and tasted like the fryer needed fresh oil. Jay’s customer service made up for the lame automated kiosk’s lack of abilities. Our order was also not correct because TB has his crew short staffed (from what it seemed) :// but that’s corporates fault & they should bring back the helpful staff to the lobbies.“
