“This was THE best Taco Bell food I have ever eaten in my life!!! It was fresh, delicious, well made! We felt like we had gone to a sit down restaurant and not fast food. The staff was friendly and sweet. The food was made well and absolutely delicious! Totally recommend this Taco Bell.“

“Late night staff was great. I came in at 11:30pm with a complicated order and they absolutely delivered. Everything was correct and the staff was very friendly and did not give me any pushback when I asked to double check the order. Even though I told them I was okay waiting as long as needed, the food was still out in a very timely manner. The ONLY knock I have is that the chips were pretty unusually stale. I’ve not had Taco Bell nacho chips be stale that way so that was a bit disappointing, might want to check on the way you store your chips in order to ensure freshness and good quality. I debated giving a 5 star, but I had to bring it down due to that. Great job night crew!“

“My order has been one of the best I've had in awhile! Even though I've ordered late at night, it didn't affect the quality. It was quick to come out and hot! Order was exactly as I ordered, and the guy at the window had a bright smile that made me feel better. I'm happy with this visit.“

“I was in drive-through ordering my food and Williams just made my day through the drive-through. I advise anybody that come to this Taco Bell make sure they ask for Williams. He got good customer service and know how to talk to people in English and Spanish.“

“I came around 4 am on 3/14 I actually placed an online order and just wanna say whoever the cook was I wanna say thank you for actually making my tacos like they should be. A good amount of meat and good amount of lettuce and cheese. Like it should be! My burritos were also 10/10 I will be def coming back here from now on. “Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this is one of the most consistently good locations. Food is fresh, well wrapped, and they get my online orders correct 100 percent of the time so far...which is a very high standard! (Also the wait in the drive through has been quite reasonable)“

“My mother and law and I were asking the staff for large size drinks at the drive thru terminal and at the window and they lied to us at the window saying they didn’t have any even tho we were all looking at the large cups stacked up on the side of the soda machine very unhelpful and disrespectful for lying and not understanding us and obviously not gonna argue so here’s our review“

“The staff were very friendly. We did have a few items missing in our order. However, the missing items were immediately provided to us upon notice they were missing. There was a very friendly guy named Florzell who made sure we received everything we were missing and immediately stopped what he was doing to assist us when we needed help. He never stopped working the whole time we were there. He kept the dining room clean and restocked. We enjoyed the environment. Clean and relaxed. The food was average. I did request fresh cinnamons to be dropped as I was ordering 12 and still received about 6 that was hard from sitting in the warmer. Over all the food was decent but it was the customer service that made me give 5 stars. Hope they give Florzell a well deserved raise.“

“I don't know why your staff INSISTS on putting sour cream on products that don't come with it and isn't requested. I have to keep returning my cheesy double beef burrito because the sour cream it doesn't come with and wasn't requested was put on it anyway. What's the story with that?“

“So far so good! Ordered through the app around 7:30pm, nobody in the drive thru it or in the parking lot either.
Told them my mobile order at the speaker and pulled forward to a Chiraq or Compton level security Lazy Susan, which is unnerving because I didn't think the area was bad like that but it is what it is, glad they're staying safe.

All the food was there and made properly, only thing missing was sauces but who cares? It's just sauce, I have sauce at home.

Very smooth drive thru, and the food was good as far as Taco Bell goes! Whoever worked the shift during 7/12/24 at 7:30pm, you are appreciated!

So much better than the Northwest Highway location. Next time I go if I still get the same service/food I will go 5 stars.

Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has a very good vegetarian menu, you can sub black beans instead of meat in a lot of menu items.

Parking: Huge parking lot for a Taco Bell, very surprised.

“I’ve hit up this Taco Bell in Dallas multiple times, especially for those late-night cravings, and it’s a dependable spot in the Lake Highlands/North Dallas area. Conveniently located with easy access and a drive-thru that moves pretty fast even when busy. They’re open late, which is a huge plus for post-work or weekend crowds.“

“I was there for a Saturday night at midnight and I really want to praise the staff because they kept it together. They were overloaded with orders and remained calm and collected and worked efficiently to ensure they could get out as many orders as possible. Big shout out to the midnight crew! They deserve so much recognition.“

“Went through Drive thru today with a huge order for work, order was taken correctly the first time and was kind and courteous. Plus when I got to work all the drinks were correct & the food. “My girlfriend and I went to Taco Bell this morning and placed a mobile order. We were greeted by the lovely store manager (Jc—sorry if I spelled it wrong 🫠). She was so kind and sweet to us, keeping us updated and making sure we knew what was going on. She even offered us a free drink! While our food was finishing up, she was chatting with us and giving love to our dog.
On top of that, she was handling the order all by herself, basically running the whole store alone. If you’ve ever worked in this type of industry, you know how tough that is.
Give this woman a raise—her customer service was fantastic, and she’s a keeper for the store! 10/10 experience 👍“

“I don't like the fact that they make you use the order screen and even though they have 2 registers they won't take your order on them . I want to give my order to a person not a screen. Plus I would love some of the original food to come back. Plus they're becoming a waste full organization and everything gets packed in paper even when you're eating in. I want a tray not more paper to throw away.“

Then he asked if I was sure I ordered from his location. Duh! The address was showing on the confirmation. I've known the area since the Gemini Drive-in was there. “Other than a few 24hr Taco Bells this location stays open the latest in the DFW area that I'm aware of, 5am! I went at 4:30ìshAM Friday night 17th going into 18th. The young manager or assistant manager (blk button up shirts) was very nice, polite and showed excellent customer service skills. I always ask if they would be liked to be named( after I tell them it will be a 5 star)Like several employees, they perferred to not be named but again this member of management did great! “Want to commend this location on the order always being right, and the food quality being great. Far too often orders get messed up or the food is just not what you want but can safely say after driving thru here plenty of times, there are no issues. Workers are nice and the location is in a nice spot. Typically go with a Doritos locos, Crunchwrap supreme, grilled cheese burrito and a cheesy Gordita crunch.“
