“This isnt my 1st time eating jersey mikes as i prefer them over firehouse. I dont recall the young man that took my orddr but he was very nice and helpful and kind and wished me a happy belated birthday when i asked bout how to use my bday freebie since i normally order online.“

“They have the most friendly staff ever. They greet you when you walk in, talk to you and ask you how your day is and just make you feel welcomed. It’s not just one or 2 employees it’s everyone there. They are fast making your food to keep the line rolling and the food is always good and fresh. I absolutely love coming here. I walked in early around open time and when placing an order i was advised that it may take longer due to online orders coming in right as they opened.

The Grill Man: Nathan, turned around and said i could order anything and he’ll make it first since i was on lunch time crunch time.

“It was extremely busy for Lunch Sunday had to be like 10 people in line and there were only 2 ladies handling the front. They did such a great job working under pressure and still accurately making subs while delivering nice customer service!“

I've had the Cheese steak sandwich twice, one regular and one Big Kahuna. Both of them were spectacular in every way. Meat was hot and tasty.

I've had the Jersey Mike sub twice (one regular and one mini) and it was very very good also. I was happy with the flavor and amount of cheese, and the veges were great. I got the parmesan bread and it was fine.

There's plenty of seating, and it's never been crowded or customers rowdy. Staff are also attentive and pleasant.

In case you wonder, Jersey Mikes is far better than Subway, and a bit better even than Jimmy Johns. I will NEVER visit Subway again.

Prices on subs are decent for the quality food.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this Jersey Mike’s location. They have always been my favorite location, and this experience reminded me why.

I had an issue with an Uber Eats order that wasn’t really their fault, but the owner stepped in anyway and went completely above and beyond to make things right. They handled the situation immediately, treated me with respect, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy.

That level of customer service is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I’ll continue to support this location. Great food is one thing, but outstanding customer service is what creates loyal customers.

“Hello everyone I ordered thru Door Dash for a Giant big kahuna cheesesteak sub from Jersey Mike's on Eldorado Blvd and door Dash picked my order up to deliver to my job at FedEx Ground across from Ellington field airport. Door Dash arrives in good time and canceled my order and drove off. I called Jersey Mike's up and Drake the manager answered and told me he will make another sub for me and deliver it personally in 10 minutes. He made my day and my stomach really thanks him for going above and beyond.
