“UPDATE: Managers made it right with me. Didn't make excuses. Respect for that.They remade order free of charge.... 7/25/24. Always check your order for accuracy..... Never get correct order here. Go elsewhere...Got it wrong again 7/9/24. Ordered several five topping pizzas got 3 toppings on two of them. Can't trust them, not bothering any more. Going to Little Caesar's in Adkins from now on...“

We’ve never had a problem here until last night. We got someone else’s pizza and got all the way home before we noticed it so we just ate it. It was going to be too much of a hassle to drive back up there. The pizza is good, service is good, just unfortunate that we didn’t get what we ordered!“

“The wait was worth it… order online - figured still had to wait in lobby, staff seemed to be dead zombies drained to their core and environment filled w/ soft whispers of nothing was incredibly awkward…..it is so weird how food can make or change the way you feel at that point …..but my pizzas were the best - Pep/ Jal + Garlic Pep yummmmmmmmyyyyyy dang I haven’t had Domino’s in 15 years ohhhhh so delicious super hot & buttery garlic perfect portions of ingredients ….boyyyyy baby I am back!!!!!!!“

“It is a matter of chance whether the order is correct or not. The first time I used the app to order pepperoni puffs, I received cheese puffs instead, and they were cold. The most recent time I used the app to order a supreme pizza with stuffed crust a few days ago, it was possibly the best pizza I have ever had from Little Caesars. I must say that the employees are always excellent.“

“Little Caesars at the Shell station has become a weekly tradition for our family—and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. Every Friday night, without fail, we place a call-in order and pick it up fresh and hot. The difference in quality from this location compared to others around town is noticeable. Somehow, the pizzas here just taste better—crispy crust, perfectly cooked cheese, and always fresh out of the oven.
We’ve come to really appreciate how consistent and reliable they are. Our order is always ready on time, and the food never disappoints. The cheesy bread is my personal favorite—perfectly gooey, garlicky, and golden. It’s hard not to sneak a piece on the way home.
Beyond the food, the service is what really keeps us coming back. The employees at this location are kind, hardworking, and always friendly. Even during busy hours, they remain professional and courteous, which goes a long way. They’ve created a neighborhood-friendly vibe that makes picking up pizza feel like a visit to familiar faces.
And of course, you can’t beat the price. It’s affordable for a family dinner, especially when feeding kids with big appetites. Overall, this spot is a hidden gem. We’re grateful to have such a dependable go-to for our pizza nights. Highly recommend!“
